- We will never reveal the identity of a client or prospective client to anybody, except
- to the client's own Trustee for the sole purpose of setting up offshore entities correctly, as directed by the client;
- to parties involved in the administration of our referral program or affiliate program, and then limited to the minimum information necessary to make those programs work as intended.
- We will never trade, exchange, or in any other way divulge the e-mail address of a client or prospective client to anybody else.
- We will never divulge any information a client has given to us about his/her personal situation to anybody.
- We will never ask or require any kind of government registration number from our clients, such as SSN, SIN, EIN, Business ID number, or any similar government registration data relating to our clients and their business, and we will never require any documentation of past records in order to provide our services.
- We will expect our clients to be honest and respectful of the laws that are applicable to their situation, and we will refuse all services to any client or prospective client if we suspect that he/she is involved in criminal activity or intends to use our services for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
